Payment Regulations

💳 Payment Regulations – VietNam Fruit
To ensure transparency, security, and on-time performance in export cooperation, VietNam Fruit applies the following payment regulations:

1️⃣ Payment Methods
International bank transfer (T/T)
Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) – applicable to high-value contracts
Other payment methods as agreed in the contract and in accordance with international trade practices

2️⃣ Common Payment Terms
Deposit of 30% – 50% of the order value upon contract signing
Balance payment before shipment or immediately upon presentation of the complete set of shipping documents
For L/C transactions: payment shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Letter of Credit

3️⃣ Payment Deadline
Payment must be made strictly in accordance with the deadlines stated in the contract or invoice
Late payment may result in additional costs, such as warehousing fees, container detention/demurrage charges, or bank fees (if any)

4️⃣ Payment Currency
USD, EUR, or other foreign currencies as mutually agreed
Exchange rates are applied in accordance with the bank’s rate at the time of payment

5️⃣ Payment Documents
VietNam Fruit provides a complete set of documents, including:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading
Certificate of Origin (C/O), Phytosanitary Certificate, and other relevant documents as required

6️⃣ General Principles
Timely payment is a mandatory condition to ensure shipment schedules
Any changes to payment terms must be mutually agreed upon and confirmed in writing
